Yes. 6x4.72" is the same pattern written in inches instead of millimetres — they describe an identical hub, and a wheel listed either way will fit. Manufacturers pick whichever unit suits their market, which is why you see both on the same shelf.
Will a 6x120 wheel fit any truck with that pattern?
No — the pattern is only the first of four checks. The hub bore has to be at least as large as the truck's hub (and ideally exactly equal, or fitted with centring rings). The offset has to keep the tire clear of the fender and the suspension. The brake calipers have to clear the spokes. And the wheel's load rating has to cover your axle weight, which matters far more on a truck that tows than on a car.
Can I convert my truck to a 6x120 pattern?
Only with wheel adapters, and they come with trade-offs: they push the wheel outward by their own thickness, add a second set of fasteners you have to torque and re-inspect, and move the wheel load further out on the hub bearing. For a truck that tows or hauls, buying wheels in the correct pattern is always the better answer.
How do I check my truck really has a 6x120 pattern?
With an even number of studs, measure centre to centre between two studs directly opposite each other — that distance is the bolt circle. Do it on the hub, not on the wheel, and remember a previous owner may have fitted adapters.
